Software IVR Enterprise adalah, software IVR yang mempunyai fungsi yang paling lengkap jika dibandingkan dengan IVR Standard maupun IVR Business, karena disamping memiliki fungsi standard IVR, IVR Enterprise juga memiliki fasilitas TTS (Text To Speech) & SR (Speech Recognation) yang sangat berguna jika UKM/Perusahaan ingin membuat aplikasi Call Center yang lebih kompleks.

Jenis ini biasanya memakai kabel telepon 4-kawat dan pesawat telepon Extension yang juga Digital.
- Analog PABX
Jenis ini memakai kabel telepon 2-kawat dan pesawat telepon Extension yang juga Analog (Tone dial). Pesawat telepon Analog relatif murah, sekitar Rp 75.000 per buah untuk kualitas yang cukup baik.
